1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
   By accessing and using the JJBMCS e-Invoice Portal ("the Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the Portal.
   
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
   JJBMCS e-Invoice Portal provides a platform that allows users to submit electronic invoices ("e-Invoices") and track their status using a tracking number provided upon submission.
   
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
   1. Information Submission: Users must ensure that all information submitted through the Portal is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
   2. Tracking Number: Users are responsible for keeping the tracking number safe and secure. This tracking number is essential for following up on the status of the submitted e-Invoices.
      
4. DATA PRIVACY
   1. Personal Information: We collect and use personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and our Privacy Policy. By using the Portal, you consent to such collection and use.
   2. Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access to your data.
      
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   1. Ownership: All content, software, and technology provided by the Portal are owned by JJ BUSINESS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY SERVICES or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
   2. User Content: By submitting the e-Invoices, you grant JJ BUSINESS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY SERVICES a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process the e-Invoices as necessary to provide the services.
      
6. USE RESTRICTIONS
   You agree not to:
   1. use the Portal for any unlawful purpose;
   2. interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Portal;
   3. attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Portal.
      
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   1. Disclaimer: The Portal is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Portal will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.
   2. Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, JJ BUSINESS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY SERVICES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Portal.
      
8. TERMINATION
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.
   
9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
   We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Portal. Your continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
   
10. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
